The powder can be mixed with full cream milk and processed through a soft serve machine to prepare smooth and flavourful butterscotch soft serve ice cream.
According to the preparation instructions printed on the pack, 1 kg premix is mixed with 4 kg full cream milk until completely dissolved, then transferred to a soft serve machine. The product is designed for convenient preparation while providing a consistent butterscotch flavour.
