We have a 3-day return policy, within which you can initiate a request for a return or exchange. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was issued. This must be in the original packaging as well. To complete your return, we will an original copy of the VAT Bill with which the order was sent. There must be a valid and justified reason for the return/exchange.
The product that needs to be kept in a freezer or in special condition are non-returnable and we highly encourage you to self pick those items from our store. We won’t take any responsibility for damaged items once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
