No. If you have been purchasing our products since before the existence of our online platform then there is no need to create a new online account as your account will be existing by default. You can click on the forgot password option in the sign-in section to create a new password and access your account directly.
All our products currently attract a VAT of 13%. VAT is also applicable on transportation amount. VAT is included in the price of the product and shall be mentioned separately with the price of the product at the time of invoicing. VAT is a matter of government policy and may be subjected to change as per government norms.

Our logistics partner works round the clock to ensure your orders reach you on time. However, the actual time of delivery may be longer. Please check your dashboard to get an update on the status of delivery.
Delivery within Kathmandu Valley will be fulfilled within 48 working hours upon successful payment for the order. Delivery outside Kathmandu Valley will be fulfilled within 5 working days upon successful payment for the order. Under unavoidable situations such as a lockdown imposed by the government of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, delivery might take longer.
Customers within the Kathmandu valley are encouraged to visit our store for self-pickup. Goods which require special storage conditions may require self-pickup by customers.
